HOW BUILDING ANOTHER'S BUSINESS MAKES YOU MONEY

It is a beautiful thing to make money online in a world where you are substantially rewarded in direct proportion to the effort and quality of work you produce. In the world of internet network marketing, there are no glass ceilings, no being overlooked for promotions, no denial of pay increases or other such discrimination.

Indeed, equipped with basic skills and training, anyone who will follow directions and put forth effort can create for themselves an extra income, if not a full-time income. It all hinges on your individual effort, the development of your own personal skill set, and paying it forward by building another's business.

When we offer value and encouragement to others, we build trust, we create friendships, and that can lead to the referrals which build a business. In other words, it is important to take out the "me" in this equation, and concentrate on how to be a solutions provider for others.

Just as in the physical world, with some effort, and a bit of essential training, the internet business marketer can also build partnerships, network with others and share information, referrals and leads. What it requires is creating a web of content which offers value to your target audience.

So, what does that web consist of, how do you build it and how do you benefit from helping others? There are any number of elements which, when combined and linked to each other, constitute an interlocking web which attracts people to you. Some of those elements might be articles you have written, a Squidoo lens, using Facebook, Twitter or other social network websites. You may have a website as part of this content web, or you might centralize your whole web of content with a blog upon which you provide links to your other elements, or offer an opt-in box for receiving a free email newsletter containing yet more helpful content.

As visitors read your content, visit your links and listen to your recommendations, you develop a relationship with them. They will benefit from what you offer, and your honesty, helpful content and encouragement attracts them to follow your lead, perhaps as a future customer or partner.

"Do unto others" has its place in internet network marketing. You will brand yourself as a true mentor and stand out from the crowd where honesty is a rare commodity.
